, a writer, artist, and yogi living with Multiple Sclerosis. Each newsletter brings you ideas for living a creative life including mindful movement, creative outlets, and whole food recipes from my forthcoming cookbook Nourish: Oil Free, Plant-based recipes from around the world.I run free virtual meditation and breathwork for people living with energy-limiting conditions 4 days per week. And I run free monthly creative wellbeing workshops for those living with MS and related conditions.
