Mindful Movement Vestibular Retraining Exercises Dr. Boster gave the definition of balance issues that I’ve ever heard explaining that vertigo is the hallucination that the room is spinning. Your feet are on the ground, nothing is swaying or moving, but you feel like it is. Balance issues have plagued me since being diagnosed with MS in 2021 and I’m taking some steps to get my balance back.
