Pursed & closed lip exhaling to turn on ‘rest & digest’ mode for chronic health conditions
In this guided meditation we practice several breathing techniques:
-slow pursed lips exhale
-breath retention with full lungs
-bumble bee (Bhramari) breath
We also do some gentle neck stretches to reduce tension and prevent neck pain
