Seated meditation and breathwork
In this guided meditation we practice several techniques:
-noticing qualities of the breath and where the breath is in the body
-letting thoughts pass through the mind without attachment
-extended exhales
We also practice a body scan from the head to the feet on the right then the left noticing sensations without judgment
