Using mudra and movement as an object of meditation
In this breathwork and meditation practice we practice several breathing techniques:
counting down our breaths from 10 to 1 one breath,
one movement with head and neck stretches one breath,
one movement with arm exercises
We also go though a body scan to observe the sensations in the body and relax each body part
