Happy New Year! On this last day of 2024, I’d like to wish you a gentle ushering in of 2025 whether you’re heading to bed early or staying up til midnight (I’ll admit I’m still undecided myself.)
This newsletter section is posted monthly and has all the info you need to join virtual yoga and breathwork for people with chronic health conditions or limited energy.

January’s sessions will run:
January 1, 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23
I will be taking a break the last week of January and the first week of February to travel to a friend’s wedding abroad.
February sessions will run:
February 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27
All classes are free, beginner friendly and demonstrated from a seated position (though you may participate from a mat if you prefer.) Looking forward to see you there!
