Imbolc or St. Brigid’s Day is fast approaching on February 1 and with it we are half way to the Spring Equinox (if you’re in the northern hemisphere). This means the days are getting longer, which is certainly something to celebrate!
This newsletter section is posted monthly and has all the info you need to join virtual yoga and breathwork for people with chronic health conditions or limited energy.

Sessions are four times per week for 30 minutes.

I’m super excited to announce I’ll be taking part in Literature Wales’ Speak Back program the first week of March. We’ll resume on March 10,

All classes are free, beginner friendly and demonstrated from a seated position (though you may participate from a mat if you prefer.) Looking forward to see you there!
